Set the list of Odoo res_user_group's related to each Odoo CE res_users_role by XML data

Nowadays we are creating the 3 Odoo res.users.role by XML data but we are not assigning the list of Odoo res.users.grous related to each one. We are still waiting for a more knowledge about what roles must be defined. When done we must proceed.
