V1 imrpvements to CompanyEasyCreation wizard (CRM Lead execution)‍

• AccountMulticompanyEasyCreationWiz adds community managers and company log message
• refactor to test helper methods
• company.get_users return all user that can access the company ‍♀️
• Rename crm_lead._get_community_create_vals to _get_default_community_wizard and return new fields
• Company model is chatter model
• Added new fields in create company wiz
