[FIX] microsoft_calendar: all day event recurrence issue

When creating a recurrence composed of 'all day' events, event
synchronisation/matching fails due to 2 different ways to manage
'all day' event start/stop time in Odoo and in Outlook.

In Outlook, a 'all day' event starts at 00:00 and ends at 00:00 the next day.
In Odoo, a 'all day' event starts at 8:00 and ends at 18:00.

This 2 ways of managing 'all day' event have to be taken into account to match
events during the synchronisation.
