Queue job is configured but not installed

At update/odoo14 branch, the queue_job module is configured but not listed in requirements, neither in the inventory.

Should we delete the configuration or add odoo14-addon-queue-job==14.0.3.1.0 to files/requirements.txt and queue_job to odoo_role_odoo_community_modules_dict in group vars?
