Build "check-sim-activation-date" task

Administrator requested to merge check-order-item-sim-activation-date into master

  • Commit 1: Add view and url for new check sim activation date endpoint

  • Commit 2: Build "check-sim-activation-date" task

    Update OTRS with the sim activation date of the given order-item if found

    Change Ticket Queue where OrderItem is send after its creation: "IntroPlataforma" is now the step after the sim activation date is known

  • Commit 3: Add integration test

  • Commit 4: Fix DF 'enviarCheckDataActivacioSIM' name

  • Commit 5: Keep date format with sim activation date

TODO: (not in this MR) best approach to turn into error when the check keeps failing to retrieve the date?
