Restructure send_order_item_MM task

Move code from task to classes Account and OrderItem, which applies their own mapping and logic,to keep the logic of the class simple and understandable. Delete also MappingOTRS

ALERT: Pipeline fails because the OTRS somconnexio used by the CI is not updated with last features:

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'otrs_somconnexio.services.update_process_ticket_with_MM_success_answer'
