Draft: Add service-form/submit endpoint

Administrator requested to merge feature/submit-form into master

Add the flow to call Odoo to create a SubscriptionRequest with the info of the form submitted from the frontend. The same call also has the information about the services requested, and the process need to call Odoo to create a CRMLead with the info of the services in the LeadLines.
