Move MM code logic to MM proxy

Administrator requested to merge move-mm-articles-and-services-to-proxy into master

Remove articles and update services from MM

Add abstract class 'update_ticket_with_info' which manages the contact with pyOTRS. Services from other repos that use this class will keep their own logic apart.

Update abstract class "abstract article" and add test.
