[FIX] Added module deployed but not installed
[FIX] Some modules were not installed on Odoo (l10n_es_vat, l10n_es_irnr...)
Modules that are dependency (base_rest, account_multicompany_easy_creation...) are installed in the dependency of energy_communities but I added them neverless to control then and remove the dependency in the next iteration and add them to setuptools dependency instead.
The module web_environment_ribbon is the only one not called to install, because we don't need it in production, is there a way to only install it in local and testing?
