Remove module from requirements.txt and explicit Odoo installation

Was not in sync with https://git.coopdevs.org/coopdevs/comunitats-energetiques/odoo-ce/-/blob/14.0/setup/energy_communities/setup.py#L7 (the version was wrong) and it's not needed in this file since already declared in energy_communities's setup.py (as per our latest decisions about this topic).

Also removing from explicit Odoo installation since it will be installed by energy_communities module.
