[FIX] updated url to get the repo from Som IT user

Daniil Digtyar Vasilieva requested to merge FIX_update_url_l10n_es_cooperator into production_14.0

Moved repo with l10n_es_cooperator to Som IT Coop organization, the URL must be updated.
