Add translations basque

1. Add Basque translation terms for Voluntary Share form. Caution: those translated terms have designed to be able to adapt the basque gramatical structure to the source terms that was originally dessigned to the Castilisn/Catalan gramatical structure.

2. Add (as per this concrete iteration that is personalyzed to garesBide) the URL to external docs (Condiciones Genareles & FAQ's) into the xml_id source code of the form template
