[IMP] energy selfconsumption new changes

Changelog

• [IMP] energy_selfconsumption_cooperator: update label text to socio
• [IMP] set default owner same as cooperator when selected
• [IMP] owner_id filter out all other not cooperators
• [IMP] update string name to project name
• [IMP] format address group in supply point and selfconsumption project

To do

• Update I18N, will do it with the next big translation process
