[IMP] energy_selfconsumption: add tab to show assigantions on projects

• [IMP] energy_selfconsumption: add tab to show assignations of self-consumption projects in supply point view.

The translation will be done when pending MR are merged, to avoid conflict in the translation process.

The double cooperator field bug is solved in this MR !155 (merged)
