MOD make_company_vat_not_mandatory

Xavier Bonet requested to merge MOD_get_company_vat_not_mandatory into main

As per PRODUCTE stream request we proceed to make the VAT field not mandatory for res.company. We did it mandatory in a very starting loop because we went to use vat as the KeyCloak realm ID but now we use the res_company.id instead.
