Company creation wizard improvements

Dani Quilez requested to merge feature/new-company-to-system-users into dev
  • We add Administrator and public users on user_ids for the wizard.
  • We make legal form required and available on the public form always (with undefined option)
  • We setup legal name as name if it's not defined
  • We control external ids metadata should be numeric.
  • Pass legal form to Landing API to be used on WP
