[FIX] energy_communities: fix demo data code validations

Fixes the cups so it is the expected format for the validation.

Sometimes the CUPS generation link does generate control digits that are wrong and the raises a checksum exception. We should check if the generator does generate the control digits correctly or not, git and open a PR.
