Check name in energy provider to return a properly backend

Juan Pedro Sánchez requested to merge bugfix/hardcoded-providers into dev

In this MR we fix the previous hardcoded verification to return a backend, to another (also with a hardcoded identification) that check that identification in the name of the energy provider and returns the backend.
