[IMP] l10n_no: update Norwegian tax report

The Norwegian tax report is outdated as of January 2022 and currently displays values that do not fit directly into the new mandatory reporting system set up by the Norwegian Tax Authorities.

Change:
  - Update tax report tax lines to match the required fields
