[IMP] sale: remove obvious tooltips from sale.order form

    - Tooltips of fields in the top of the form of sales order (outside of the notebook) were mostly useless and added noise when navigating on the screen.
    - This commit removes those that were not necessary and leaves only the tooltips that provided valuable information.
    - Additionnally, this commit removes a useless filter
