[FIX] account_edi: Cannot cancel invoice even with appropriate access

Login with admin
In Customer Invoices Journal enable ‘Factur-X (FR)’
Create an credit note. Confirm. Reset to draft.
Login with a billing user.
Open credit note, hit 'cancel entry'
Access Error will raise.

This occurs because of a new check on the attachment owner
