[FIX] maintenance: default supplier

- Go to Maintenance Requests, Create
- Go to 'Equipment' field, 'Create and edit'
- Go to 'Product Information' tab
- Click on 'Vendor' field, 'Create and edit'

'Is a Vendor' field is False
