[MERGE][IMP] web, mail: add and use a badge based widget for selection fields

Purpose of this merge is to improve usability of activities by using a
new widget for selection field used to propose next activities. It
displays valid choices using badges instead of radio buttons (radio) or
a classic list (selection).
