[FIX] delivery: make the form view work from the Install more Providers action

Go to 'delivery methods', edit a delivery method.
Click on 'install more providers'.
You land on the 'Apps' app, already filtered on the 'delivery_' modules.
Click on 'more info' of a module: nothing happens.
It should open the form view of the module.

What happens is that the action doesn't contain 'form',
so the framework fails to open the form view from the kanban view.
