[FIX] website_slides: changes enroll_msg default value 

SPECIFICATION

Changes enroll_msg default value to 'Contact Responsible' instead
of testing if it was empty or not. Since the FieldHtml widget sets
the default value to '<p><br></p>' it was never empty.
