[FIX] website: allow starting website 'animations' on #wrapwrap

Before 11.0, website 'animations' were able to be started on any DOM
element. Since 11.0, this was reduced to any DOM element inside the
main website element (#wrapwrap). This commit allows this element
to be attached a website 'animation' too.
