[IMP] (website_), hr_recruitment: improve the recruitment app

In this commit we have made the following changes.
- Add new refuse reasons:
       - Languages issues
       - Role already fulfilled
       - Duplicate
       - Spam
       - Refused by Applicant
- Modify refuse reasons:
       - Refused by Applicant: don't like job
       - Refused by Applicant: better offer
- Clickable job position breadcrumb in website.
- Set default applicant when we create new email template
- Use the `selection_badge` widget in Refuse Reason wizard
