[FIX] project: prevent to create recursive hierarchy of tasks

Until this revision,
this was possible to set as parent task the current task.

From then, it was impossible to compute the field
`subtask_count` because of an infinite loop.

This resulted to the inability to open the task
form, which contains this field.
