[IMP] web_planner: 'data' and 'progress' are company dependent

Purpose:
The settings planner (implementation guide) is confusing when in multi-company:
- The accounting planner shows information about the current company; which is OK
- But the planner is not specific to that company: it is the same for all companies which is wrong.
