For some reason, “New” has been translated as “Nieuw” in Bulgarian, but
this is not Bulgarian, this is Dutch.

This commit replaces all occurrences of “Nieuw” with “Нов”, which is the
correct translation for “New” in Bulgarian.

The test_current_leave_status checks the correct implementation of different
hr.leave computed fields. To do this, a leave is created, during the test. The
test fails however, when the employee is not supposed to work during the leave
period, which can happen when running the test on certain days. The test is
made deterministic again by adding the number_of_days field to the dict. As
this is a stored field, the created leave entry will be considered valid.

As of this commit, only confirmed leaves will be considered when computing the
current leave or absence of an employee. Additionally, a bug in the is_absent
search implementation was fixed: before this commit, the same results were
returned for absent and non-absent searches.

Steps to reproduce:

  - Install `Time Off` module
  - Create a new time off and validate it
  - Go to Calendar and check that the time off is present
  - Go back to the time off and refuse it
  - Go back to the Calendar

Issue:

  Event still present in the calendar.

Cause:

  Time off not linked to the calendar event.

Solution:

  Link the calendar.event record to the hr.leave record.

Before this Commit, dates was not formatted based on user's language.

With this commit, we use format_date to correctly format dates.
