[IMP] point_of_sale: automatically set customer fiscal position

This makes it so that when you set a customer in the POS frontend it
will automatically apply the fiscal position associated to the customer
on the order.

If the customer has no set fiscal position or if the fiscal position is
not available in the POS nothing will happen.

If you are a developer you may type the following command at your terminal:

wget -O- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/odoo/odoo/9.0/odoo.py | python

For Odoo employees

To add the odoo-dev remote use this command:

$ ./odoo.py setup_git_dev

To fetch odoo merge pull requests refs use this command:

$ ./odoo.py setup_git_review
