[FIX] website_quote: tokenized link in portal

When a user has access to a quote (because he is follower) but he is not
in the same company than the customer, an access error can occur on the
the rendering of the partner field.

We use the tokenized link instead, which will read the SO as a superuser
to avoid this situation.

Getting started with Odoo

If you are a developer you may type the following command at your terminal:

wget -O- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/odoo/odoo/9.0/odoo.py | python

To add the odoo-dev remote use this command:

$ ./odoo.py setup_git_dev

To fetch odoo merge pull requests refs use this command:

$ ./odoo.py setup_git_review
