[FIX] sale_mrp: add flexibility to tests

test_sale_stock_lead_time.py compares dates and expect them to be the same.
Sometimes, the dates would differ by a second, because they are generated at
different moment during the execution.

This commit adds a tolerance of 1 second when comparing the dates.
(and changed from comparing Datetime strings to comparing timedeltas)

Getting started with Odoo

For a standard installation please follow the Setup instructions from the documentation.

If you are a developer you may type the following command at your terminal:

wget -O- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/odoo/odoo/master/setup/setup_dev.py | python

For Odoo employees

To add the odoo-dev remote use this command:

$ ./setup/setup_dev.py setup_git_dev

To fetch odoo merge pull requests refs use this command:

$ ./setup/setup_dev.py setup_git_review
