fix: set non-bonified tariff if contract is not from MM

Gerard Funosas requested to merge feat/bonified-mobile-product-only-if-fiber-contract-has-mm-supplier into master

If recieved fiber contract is not from MM supplier, we cannot offer bonified 3P tarrifs. Instead, offer corresponding (non-bonified) tarrif.

⚠ 3P tariffs have promotions. The corresponding (non-bonified) one doesn't.
