Feature/tariff changes mobile pack

API call to retrieve fiber contracts. Comparison with tariffs and subscription to see whether the current product contracted is on offer and thus, a warning before being able to change to a new tariff is shown. If the current product contracted is not on offer and fiber contracts are available, the price of the 20GB mobile must be modified (to display the offer). To pursue this, changes are made in screens/Home/SubscriptionDetail/productPicker.
