Show taxes in the invoices of Customer 15685

Daniel Palomar requested to merge hack/show-taxes-in-15685-customer-case into master

In !54 (merged) we add a hack to only print the invoice line taxes in the invoices of customer 7070. With this MR we add the customer 15685 to this logic.
