Change configurations organitzation

Daniel Palomar requested to merge refactor/move-configuration-inside-provision-folder into master

We add a new provision folder to move inside the configurations classes. These configurations are provision tickets configurations. Now we can create another folder for the change tickets (change tariff, change contract email/iban, etc).
