feat(FiberDynamicFields): add mobile pack contracts df

This field save the relation between the fiber and mobile contracts in pack when the fiber contract changes the service address.

In this process, we need to create a new ticket to provision the fiber in the ew address and when the contract is created, using the content of this field, we relate the mobile contracts with the new fiber contract.
