Fix/product category contract validation

Fix the data of product category, relation between contract_category and
product_category.

Add the service_supplier_id field to Contract form view

Modify the ProductPricelistView to make it editable

We need a list with the Service and the price and make easy the change
of any price.
Doing the products price list editable yo can change the service price
easily.

Model to relate partner with a list of products available for their
sponsee partners. Add a code to identify the agreement.
Add permissions groups to manage the access right of this model.
We define two levels, one for create, read, write and unlink called
manager and one only with read access called user.
