[FIX] account: reconcile_model matching invoice move

Backport from version 16.0 of _get_default_amls_matching_domain
To decrease the amount of account.move.lines which should be reconciled
Exclude amls of payment move lines where the account is configured
as receivable or payable

closes odoo/odoo#133690
