References to `date_end`
were previously corrected to `date_stop`,
in revision 98bd6732,
but one of them was missed.

Pretty much completely rewritten theme with custom HTML translator and a
few parts of the old theme extracted to their own extensions.

Banner images thought not to be that huge after all, and not worth the
hassle of them living in a different repository.

Backward compatibility is ensured as the ListView is monkey-patched
to keep interpreting colors and fonts attributes.

the type="pivot" attribute doesn't seem to work, in the code when
it works, `<pivot>` is used and has two undocumented attributes.
