This commit improves the elearning onboarding on the quizzes

If the user is not logged in, a log in button will show up under
the quiz

If he is logged in but not a member of the course and the course is public,
a join button will appear under the quiz

If the course needs to be bought, a buy button will appear under the quiz.

If the course is on invite only, a message under the quiz will inform the
user about it

Keep consistency using the same icon (home) when referring to the main
course page.

Prior to this commit both "back to course" and "exit fullscreen" actions
had the same icon.

The regexp used to get the youtube video id from its url is broken in
multiple ways.

If the video ID starts with the letter 'v' in the short (youtu.be) url
then the url is considered invalid. i.e. https://youtu.be/vmhB-pt7EfA

If the query option `v=<video id>` is not the first option of the query
in the regular url (youtube.com/watch) then the url is also considered
invalid. i.e. https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&v=vmhB-pt7EfA



The problem has been solved by replacing the over-engineered regexp by
the dedicated parsing tools of `urllib.parse`.

Before this commit and since 2f7c03d9, the admin user has not ID=1
anymore.

Thus, some old condition were not doing what they were expected to.

Firstly, the admin was not considered as such on the forum, and if its karma
points were not high enough, it would not be possible to do anything for the
admin. Note that it was fixed in saas-12.1 with 1dac4131

Secondly, some _search functions would not return a truthy value anymore.

When joining a course of liking a slide if the user is not logged there
is a popover asking him to login. If auth signup allows user creation
link instead redirects to signup instead of login to save a click and
improve onboarding.
