WIP Read variable 'domains' and check for DNS

Administrator requested to merge ci-check-domains into master

We want to check for a MR if DNS records are configured for the adding domains.

  • TODO: check HTTP 200 → We will provision after merge. Code 200 is a hint for a successful provision
  • TODO: run this from gitlab-ci
