Set starting ending reason in change holder wizard

Administrator requested to merge feature/set-starting-ending-reason-in-change-holder-wizard into master

We need to set the starting and ending reason for start/end a contract when we are running the Change holder wizard.

Using the fields created in #49 we set the reason in the finish and creation process.
