Add wizard to change the contract contact email.

Administrator requested to merge feature/change_party_email into master

This wizard is created to manage the integration with OpenCell. A change of email in OpenCell is not a trivial work. This wizard notify the change in the Contract and manage the changes in batch and the OpenCell integration need catch this event and manage the calls to OpenCell API to keep the data as in Tryton.
