Fix/change address fields visibility required

Administrator requested to merge fix/change-address-fields-visibility-required into master

Fix the visibility and required option of some fields in the Contract Change Address wizard.

(All the fields are invisible if the party field is not set)

  • ADSL Coverage -> Only required in the new contract is ADSL. Always visible.

  • Vdf Fiber Coverage -> Only required and visible if the new contract is Fiber.

  • MM Fiber Coverage -> Only required and visible if the new contract is Fiber.

  • Internet speed -> Only required and visible if the new contract is Fiber.

  • Internet phone -> Only required and visible if the new contract is ADSL.

  • Internet phone minutes -> Only required and visible if the new contract is ADSL.
