Add basic auth

Administrator requested to merge feature/add-basic-auth into master
  • Install Gunicorn and add gunicorn unit
  • Install NGINX and add server listen to 443 (80 with redirect is not needed)
  • Create the BA user and password
  • Create SSL certificate

This MR needs https://gitlab.com/coopdevs/somconnexio-mm-proxy/-/merge_requests/30 to work.
