Fulfill production inventory with variables used in provisioining and deploy

Administrator requested to merge prepare-inventory-for-production-host-provisioning-and-deploy into master

Credentials like passwords from the production server have been encrypted with a new production encryption password

Install python3-passlib instead of passlib so we don't need a system installed pip3. Change apt pck for package when installing system packages with ansible.
