Send DF liniaMobil when create order-item ok

Administrator requested to merge fix/send-order-item-phone-number-to-OTRS into master

If we have a new registration, it is important to send the new phone to OTRS, with the DF "liniaMobil", so the new number is given to the customer with the "Introduit a plataforma" mail.

Portabilities will also send this phone number to OTRs, overwriting the DF with the same value.
