Get original TRV before changing its bonds

Administrator requested to merge feature/add-bond-to-trv-send-original-tariff-OTRS into master
  • Commit 1: Connect DJANGO to Odoo's DB
  • Commit 2: Get from ODOO database a phone's original TRV tariff if about to change its bonds. TRV bonds are recurrent and changing them would lead to changing the tariff. Send it to OTRS so it can be restored later with a tariff change call, before the next month.
